The TN,B-Series tilting rotary tables feature a narrow footprint, powerful dual taper clamping, and a -30° ~ +110° tilt range.  They are space saving rotary tables for narrow machining centers.

TORQUE TRANSFER

The Tsudakoma dual leading gearing system features the largest tooth engagement of any rotart table manufacturer. This Generates p to 85% torque transfer efficiency.

GEARING MATERIALS

Tsudakoma uses proprietary high tensile strength brass to build the gears. This enables exceptionally smooth cutting due to the inherent lubricating properties.

TOOTH PROFILE

Tsudakoma utilizes full tooth depth engagement with a larger gear module resulting in a larger surface area yielding a substantially stranger worm gear system.

OVERSIZE WORM WHEEL

The Tsudakoma  worm wheel uses an oversize diameter pitch circle resuling in reduced pressure on the contaxt surface compared to a conventional gearing system.

CROSS ROLLER BEARINGS

All Tsudakoma rotary tables and indexers use ultra precision cross roller bearing. Four times more rigid than angular contact bearings.
